Back by popular demand, we are offering the next version of A Place You Can Go.
This offering, which meets with the same group once per month for three months, will be a place where you bring any of your worries, your cares, the things that weigh, the unanswered questions.
Session 1 will focus on nervous system regulation, so that you feel confident in addressing your life's challenges in a way that feels doable and safe in your body.
Session 2 will focus on feeling into a specific challenge that is weighing you down, and getting to understand this pain point in a new way.
Session 3 will combine the learning from the first 2 sessions to help you envision a pathway forward, identifying what to accept/approach differently or what you want to change.
In Spoke Circles, we use a macro lens to better understand personal problems. We combine somatic experiences, journal writing, and deep connection to help you live a life that is most meaningful and fulfilling to you.

We offer varied pricing for varied budgets. The lowest rate is for people who have to be very conscious about their extracurricular spending and the highest rate are for those that can spend without thinking too much about the consequences. We are passionate about providing the highest quality experience during your time with us at Spoke, and we compensate our facilitators accordingly.
