So many of us have had to wear masks in order to be safe, accepted or loved. We’ve learned to seek validation outside of ourselves and believe these critical or inaccurate narratives that have been written for us by family, society or past selves. We want to free ourselves up from the burden of approval seeking and self-judgment, but we don’t know how.  Are you ready to take off a mask of a past you, and illuminate YOUR present badass bold self?

In this Spoke Circle we will use narrative strategies (think: storytelling and rescripting) to write our own stories, ones of resilience and self-truth. Join us to discover the pieces of you that are non-negotiable and take a step toward being UNAPOLOGETICALLY you.
